By ordering and selling goods from Asian Attire you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

1. General

1.1 All measurements are approximate and are based on the seller’s or the stockist’s knowledge.

1.2 The imagery of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will reasonably allow.

1.3 All risk attached to the products we supply to you, in particular the risk of any loss or damage, shall pass to you on delivery of the products to the address you specify in your order. Ownership of the products shall not pass to you until we have received payment in full in respect of such products.

1.4 We may amend these terms from time to time at our discretion without notice to you. Any amendments will be posted on this website and will supersede any terms and conditions previously published by us.

1.5 You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these terms to any person without our prior written consent. No third party shall be entitled to enforce any of these terms whether by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.

1.6 We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the products at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.

1.7 Asian Attire reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse service at any time.

1.8 These terms and conditions do not in any way affect your statutory rights

1.9 We may contact you for marketing purposes by email with relevant offers.

1.10 The contract of sale is between buyer and seller, Asian Attire remains a third party in this contract.

1.11 Asian Attire does not guarantee the sale of an item; it is here to provide a platform for customers to sell their items.

1.12 Asian Attire reserves the right to remove a listing without prior notice in the event of a breach in the terms and conditions




  1. Sellers

2.1 Our website serves as a selling platform and is an invitation, not an offer to sell those products for you.

2.2 All submitted products will be reviewed by Asian Attire first before being listed on the website. Asian Attire reserves the right to choose to not list a particular product. In the event that a product is not approved, Asian Attire will refund the listing fees.

2.3 If you enter a correct email address we will send you an order acknowledgement email, these are not order confirmation or order acceptance from us.

2.4 We do not file details of your order for you to access please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own record.

2.5 Your listing will be removed from the site once the sale has completed and proof of purchase has been supplied.

2.6 All items of clothing must not be damaged and must be dry cleaned.

2.7 Asian Attire does not take responsibility for any products listed. It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure products are exactly as described and are shipped to the customer. Failure to comply with this will result in us withholding your payment.

2.8 To list your item on this website you must not advertise it on any other similar website or social media page simultaneously. If your item is found to be listed on another website or social media page at the same time, it will be removed. This is to prevent the item from being sold elsewhere and remain live on our website despite being sold, which can be misleading to customers – maintaining the trust of our customers is of paramount importance. You may however, list the item on our website after having it removed from the other social media pages/websites.

2.9 It is your responsibility (the seller) to arrange postage of the products to the customer

2.10 Your funds will only be sent after you provide proof of delivery (e.g. Royal Mail receipt). We will contact you via email once your product has been purchased to provide us with the receipt. Please ensure the email address provided in your account is correct and up-to- date.

2.11 Asian Attire reserves the right to fees currently at 15% of the value of the item.

2.12 In the event that your item is sold but your item is no longer in your possession, you will still be liable to Asian Attire for the 15% fee.

2.13 The seller must post the Item within 48 hours of their item being sold and must provide proof of delivery to Asian Attire.




  1. Payment

3.1 The price displayed for goods and services remains the same regardless of the country of delivery.

3.2 The price for deliveries outside the UK may differ and buyers must contact us prior to purchase.

  1. Delivery

4.1 The seller must post the item via a special delivery service where it is tracked and insured until 4.2 the item has reached its destination.   Asian Attire is not responsible of the item where the seller is forwarding the item directly to the customer.  (Asian Attire will adhere to the same terms when forwarding items to the buyers)

  1. Cancellation & Refunds

5.1 Where the products have been delivered to you, and the item is faulty/damaged/ or not as described please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, starting from the day after the products were received. You can email us on info@asianattire.com

  1. Damaged Goods / Parcels

6.1 Adhere to the courier terms and conditions for damaged goods and parcels.  We advise that seller’s only ship via an insured method.
